Forgive me for asking this but are you actually asking for if you can use the Risk Manager as way to create a 'trading strategy' for FX?
The Risk Manager actually relates to long term investment portfolio including cash / bonds / real estate / stocks.
When it comes to trading strategies and hedge funds, it has to be handled with care ...
