Buying a car during these times of economic woes?
The wealth planner is fantastic. Brings u back to Reality. It's sad to understand that I won't be able to afford a brand new car every 3 to 4 years as I had hoped.
Perhaps we need a Bicycle or Scooter Icon for the current economic recession :P

Hi ECH,
Thanks for using the tools and for your feedback. As you mentioned, it is indeed not possible to save the data as of today.
We are looking at enhancing the website by allowing users to save the simulations and reports.
We will keep you posted on the evolutions and additional features through our newsletter.
Cheers

If that is the case, why bother to give a login-in account?
Seems like we can do the simulation even without any log-in.

Medisave dip at age 55

Hi,
The CPF icon shows me that my Medisave will be capped at 33k, and at the age of 55 it will go down to 28k before going back to 33k. Is this a bug?
Thanks

Hi Kromie,
Thanks for your post!
The CPF Medisave account allows you to retrieve money at the age of 55 up to a minimum amount that has to be kept on your Medisave account.
The tool assumes you will retrieve the money at 55 and leave the minimum amount, after which your CPF accounts will rebalance according to the CPF rules.
The Medisave minimum sum is currently set to 28,000 SGD by default, but the new CPF rules stipulates that the minimum amount is 29,500 SGD. We will change the default settings to reflect this.
I hope this answers your question,
Cheers
